  2013 - Dominican Republic Deaf for Christ - Mission Trip Survey.

                 June 19-24, a D.E.A.F. team will travel to the Dominican republic to conduct a Mission Trip Survey and meet with local pastors and Score International Team Members. This is a strategy and planning trip for future projects in the Dominican Republic.

2013 - Western New York Deaf Retreat Camp: June 7-9     Cost is $85 per person

This annual event is held at Odosagih Bible Conference Center, Machias, NY, on beautiful Lime Lake. The speaker this year will be Evangelist Randy Sander, from “On To Victory! Ministries", Peoria, Il. Sponsored by Mrs. Lois Dungan of Christian Deaf Ministries and co-hosted by D.E.A.F. President Steve Blann.

 9th Annual D.E.A.F. Retreat Camp - September 27-29    Cost is $80 per person

Another of our annual events held at Delta Lake Bible Conference Center, Rome, NY. Guest speaker to be announced. Registration begins at 3 PM on Friday and the Retreat ends 2 PM Sunday.

2013-2014 American Sign Language Classes - Begin September 16th, 2013  Cost is $60 per person

(2013 - Spring Semester ASL classes begin January 7, 2013)

 

2013 - Fall Semester ASL class registration has begun.

Classes held at North Syracuse Baptist Church, 420 South Main Street, North Syracuse, NY.

* Beginning Sign Language Class (Level 1): Instructed by (to be announced) – Monday nights 6:30 – 8:30 PM. Classes are held in the “VandeMark Deaf Chapel”

* 2nd Level Sign Language Class: Instructed by Mrs. Judith Coles - Tuesday nights 6:30 – 8:30 PM. Classes are held in the “Rose Room”, off McKinney Hall

* 3rd Level and Beyond Sign Language Class: Instructed by Mrs. Judith Coles - Schedule and location announced based upon enrollment

2014 – D.E.A.F. Co-host the Super Bowl Party – Date/time to be announced            Event is free to the public

Held in McKinney Hall at North Syracuse Baptist Church, 420 South Main Street, North Syracuse, NY. Super Bowl #48 from (place to be announced)will be projected on the BIG SCREEN. Other activities included. Join us for good Christian Fellowship and a great game as the NSBC Deaf Ministry and D.E.A.F. open the doors for an enjoyable time.

During the Spring of 2014, we will once again co-sponsor this life changing event with Pastor Pablo Ramirez and our Missionary Pastor Cristian Munoz. Deaf arriving in San Jose, Costa Rica from all over the Americas, will participate in this Christ focused event. We will share the Gospel with those who have never heard before and teach life principles to Deaf people attending this camp
